I made Maangchi’s Spicy Braised Chicken using SKINLESS TURKEY THIGHS, remove bone and cut each thigh meat into 6 pieces. Instead of using regular-size potatoes, I used THE LITTLE POTATO COMPANY TERRIFIC TRIO (baby red, yellow and purple potatoes) and added KABOCHA SQUASH. It came out delicious and I love it. This is my third time to make this braised chicken/turkey. I doubled the recipe so we can eat it all week long (lazy cook). I love this dish cooked with chicken thighs and turkey thighs. Both meats are delicious and must try it with the squash.
