I made this as a thank-you gift for a Korean friend. The room smelled so good when I cooked it, and it is really hard to save it, box it, and leave it there for my friend to pick up instead of eating it myself!! I used various kinds of baby potatoes, purple ones, yellow ones, red ones… The dish looked great~
