Better than the ones at the restaurants

I can’t believe I made this. It tastes just as good, if not better than the ones I ate in asian restaurants. For some reason the egg yolks are still not in the center even though I already strirred them. But I’m amazed at how easy it is to peel the eggs after following Maangchi’s tips. Just look at how smooth they are. Thanks for the recipe!
