Making a lot of Injeolmi for my daughter Amy’s birthday. Amy loves these a lot so I’m making multiple batches for her party.

    Lola, did you use ssuk (mugwort) or green tea powder? It looks perfect! I’m glad to hear that Amy likes this rice cake. So cute! How many young children would like Korean rice cake instead of cupcakes?

      I used ssuk-garu. Amy put one in her mouth and took another one in her hand so she can eat it next. I told her one at a time and she frowned at me, lol
