Three Side Dishes.
Two are from Maangchi(Tofu and Potato Side Dishes), while one was not(the zucchini side dish)

The two from Maangchi were tweaked, mainly I didn’t have the corn/rice syrup, so I just used a bit of sugar instead. I made these side dishes two days ago, and they still are delicious!

I will only link the potato side dish, since the other two are quite simple(tofu was just fried and then some sugar and soysauce added, basically the same with the zucchini, but I added some pepper powder and toasted sesame oil).
