Used freshly caught Kelp Greenling from the Pacific Ocean (caught by my husband). Since I didn’t have fresh Minari (it’s still trying to sprout in my garden), I used garden-grown fresh spicy lettuce (tastes like radish) along with Edible Mums grown in my Asian Vegetable Garden. Delicious!

Maangchi’s Recipes are the best and it’s easy to follow the her recipes. :)

omg! This is an awesome plus awesome idea! Homegrown edible flowers from ssukgat on top of this colorful fish stew! I would eat this slowly to feel the flavor of each vegetable! I have never seen ssukgat flowers look so beautiful. You can make hwajeon with them. Thank you so much for your awesome photo! It will be a huge inspiration for all of my other readers!
