This is my first “bibimbap”. As I don’t have meat ready, I replaced by cooking some baby octopus+garlic+onions+sesame seeds using gohchujang sauce. It turned out very delicious.

      Thanks Mangchi… I found that Korean cooking is so easy and healthy, simple ingredients can make delicious foods ! I’m loving it more and more every day :)
