Besides showing big appreciation for bap (밥, rice), the title is also a play on the comet Hale-Bopp. I’m such a geek! Anyway…

I consider this a step towards making full-fledged bibimbap as my kosari wasn’t ready yet. Until then, this is an extremely delicious dish. Mmm mmm!
