kimchi stew - Savoy cabbage and pork belly

Absolutly Delicious !
I made this stew with a wonderful 2 years old kimchi !
Savoy cabbage is perfect for old kimchi. Tough leaves and strong taste allows you to make a tasty dish with not so many kimchi in the stew.
Pork belly is the meat that goes well with it (quickly pan fried then boiled for 20 minutes before putting it in the kimchi stew).
Just perfect.
