Cheese buldak (fire chicken with cheese)

I made Maangchi’s 치즈불닭 (fire chicken with cheese) recipe and it turned out super good! The only thing I changed from the recipe was substitute the 1/3 cup rice syrup with 1/2 tsp stevia mixed with 1/3 cup water and use only 1 tbsp gochujang (because I’m on the keto diet so have to reduce carbs). I also added extra 1/8 cup gochugaru because I like spicy! I will use this adjusted recipe over and over because it was so delicious!
