Like so many others, I have developed a love for Korean food, after visiting Korea many yeas ago. After watching how Maangchi made it look so simple to cook so many Korean dishes in her videos, I finally had the confidence to try and Japchae was the first one I did, and it turned out really good! I made it a vegetarian version, using all the vegetarian ingredients as suggested. Gamsa hamida, Maangchi!
