Today we had Japchae for dinner again, because I cooked the whole pack yesterday… was a bit too much for two :-) My boyfriend ate his with extra sesame seeds, peanuts of the dakgangjeong en some friend onions and I had mine with some gim, sesame seeds and fried onions. Hope I didn’t break any Korean food rules by adding this, but it tasted delicious. And of course we had the dakgangjeong that was stil crunchy crunchy!
