I made japchae using indonesian beans noodles (coz i couldnt find starch noodles here). Bean noodles are thinner than starch noodles, i think. But the texture is mostly same with starch noodles, it is transculent after we cook it. I follow Maangchi’s recipe, and guess how my noodles turned out?? It was so delicious!! I never made this noodles so perfect. the noodles didnt stick each other, but so chewy. My Mom said, it was so good. Thanks Maangchi for sharing this recipe.
