Cooking it raw!

Some people don’t like raw beef, but we do! Today we bought some quality filet mignon/tenderloin to make yukhoe. Instead of using the endive, we used some roman lettuce, a very good combination with the pear and beef. Maybe next time we will use some daikon radish instead of the pear, we think that will work out pretty well too!
