My friend visiting me from Toronto loves spicy Korean food, so I made this dish along with other side dishes. You can use my “stir fried squid side dish” recipe to make this. I used baby octopus instead of squid.

New York kimchi contest report – June 26, 2010
More than 100 people came and there were 21 entries for the kimchi contest. They were from everywhere. Someone from Maryland, someone from Canada, and some drove hours and hours to come to the event. I was overwhelmed by their passion!

I have cooked before your “stir fried squid side dish” My mother liked it and she also did it again with large pieces of firm fish fillets (Tilapia) cut into about 2 inch cubes/ squares and my mother loves it it comes out delicious like that to.
