I used the recipe from Maanghi’s cookbook but substituted gochu-garu instead of cheong-gochu and added tofu for protein, served with homemade radish kimchi.
The recipe for Potato Soybean paste soup (gamja-doenjang-guk:감자된장국)is from Maangchi’s book!
