I made chicken stock with garlic and onion instead of anchovy stock, added tofu squares and the vegetables and then added pepper paste to taste. My little brother made the rice and I also made green chili pancakes from your recipe that you posted in Mexico…I especially enjoyed it because it had a Mexican taste to it…Lastly, I made a dipping sauce for the pancakes with onion, chilies, sesame seeds and garlic. It was delicious.
