    There are no soybean sprouts here. I used lettuce, cucumber, carrots, spinach, beef, tomato and a semi-fried egg over the rice.

    It was really simple! Thank you maangchi for sharing your recipes!

    It looks delicious and very simple to make! Are cooked soybean sprouts under the fresh vegetables? Or you made this with only fresh lettuce and bulgogi? The tomato garnish is very creative. Yummy!
