Dolsot, my favorite stone

I didn’t want to make a bibimbap before I found a dolsot, and finally, done and done :)
This is very good and beautiful !
I think that I slightly overcooked some vegetables… in addition, i made all these ingredients the day before and mildly reheated them in a oven for the dressing …. We learn from our mistakes : next time I’ll barely reheat the ingredients since the stone bowl is made for this. Amazing !
By the way, I was really surprised by the soybean sprout soup, so much more flavorful than I expected !
