Last night was my bo-ssam (pork wraps) dinner! With peppers, garlic, seasoning sauce, and saeujeot (salted fermented shrimp). Koreans almost always serve saeujeot with bo-ssam because it balances the flavors well and has some enzymes that help digest pork nicely.
I wrapped all this with kkaennip (perilla leaves) and lettuce, it was so delicious!
