Hi Maangchi! I made bossam and the ‘easy-kimchi’ from your site today. The pork was so delicious and smelled so good while it was cooking (i’ve made bossam before but your recipe with hazelnut coffee is the best). This is also my first time making kimchi even though I’ve cooked so many of your other dishes in the past. “I’m almost crying”! – Now I understand cos it’s soooo delicious all together! ^_^

    I’m glad you like my suggestion using instant hazelnut coffee! It gives huge difference. Your kimchi, rice, and bossam in this photo makes me feel festive! Congratulations!
