To celebrate the end of the week end dedicated to the fabrication of winter kimchi : Bossam party !
Actually I don’t really like the skin so I take it off before wrapping it but the layers of fat acquire an irresistible texture.
Tender and juicy pork belly wrapped in fresh kimchi, miam !
