Dak-bokkeumtang 닭볶음탕

My 1st trial of making Dak-bokkeumtang.. I use free range chicken.. Smells so nice.. But i think i put too much chilli flakes and not enough chicken ^^ but it tasted nice although slightly too spicy.. thanks for the great recipe Maangchi ^^

    Hahaha thanks Maangchi.. My korean friends said it was a bit too sweet.. I think i would need to reduce the sugar next time.. The onions add to the sweetness as well.. But i am happy they enjoyed the chicken for dinner.. Will try to improve again next time ^^
    Do you think it would be nice to add some sesame oil to this dish? Thanks ^^
