Seaside holiday cooking

I was inspired by your holiday cooking videos so packed my Korean ingredients for my holiday by the sea.

* Fermented soybean paste stew with scallops (Paeju-doejangjjigae)

* Korean style fried snapper with seasoning sauce (Domi-yangnyeom-gui)

* Mung bean sprout and cucumber side dish (Sukju-oi-namul)

    Melbmatt’s travel cooking is a Korean meal!
    The fried snapper topped with seasoning sauce looks amazing! Scallop doenjang jjigae, rice, mung bean sprouts, and cucumber side dish are making such a great seaside feast!
