I made Gimbap but with Bulgogi and Kimchi. So instead of tuna, I used the leftover Bulgogi. I added some Kimchi, cucumber and danmuji (yellow radish pickle). It was delicious even my boyfriend from Germany liked it. He can’t eat very spicy food, but the more I cook Korean spicy food, the more spicy food he can eat. I also tried your tuna Gimbap, thank you for the recipe it was delicious. ^.^

    Your kimbap looks amazing! Adding bulgogi to kimbap is a great idea!
