I had fun making this, as this was pretty much like the california maki I am used to making, just different fillings. I basically followed the fillings you recommended, but changed it up a little bit. As I want my gimbap sweeter, I added red onions instead of green onions; and I added a sweet and salty egg crepe as well. This is a new favorite! yum! =) Thanks maangchi!
