I had craving for gimbap, so I made this. The filling is made with cucumber, carrot, crab meat, yellow pickled radish, and tuna. Stir-fried tuna with soy sauce, garlic, ground black pepper, and a little bit sugar makes really delicious gimbap filling. The recipe is here!
