Maangchi special!

Maangchi constantly inspires me to new heights, and my family loves it!!! The tofu in the dish is marinated in makkolli and tamari, then cooked in a cast iron skillet using some of the oil I used for the matang. Mandoline a Persian cucumber at 1mm and spend 3 minutes laying out the pieces :-)
