I followed Maangchi’s recipe except that I could not get hold of Asian chives. But what makes me very proud is that my fiance loved it. He did not like my previous attempts, which he called endearingly “rocket fuel”. It seems though that adding sugar makes a great difference. Thank you Maangchi, this is added to our regulars now^^
