Steamed pork buns: Jjinppang Mandu (baked)

Maangchi said mandu should be steamed, but I couldnt steam it that day so I tried to bake it and see what happens….. turns out it was pretty good, but i changed the dough recipe a little…. it was soft and sweet bread dough with spicy pork filling. yum!
