Ever since I tried this in Hongdae last year, I have been craving for it more and more each day. There is so much to love about this dish, from the unique taste to the way it’s prepared ~ don’t miss the opportunity to try this when you’re in Korea.
I have been thinking about making this dish for a while now but I felt it would be more fun cooking it for a big group of people. My mum is currently down visiting me and brother in Melbourne, so when a group of her friends came over to visit last night, I decided to surprise everyone (including myself) with this dish! I was missing a couple of ingredients but the taste was still good and everyone enjoyed the experience.
Dakgalbi (닭갈비) is one of my favourite Korean food… and now that I know how easy it is to make it, I don’t have to try hunting for restaurants that serve this dish anymore :)
You prepared this dish perfectly. The dakgalbi looks so tasty and the fried bibimbap made with rice and some leftover sauce looks superb! Congratulations!
