My First Kimbap!

This is my first try making kimbap following Maangchi’s recipe. I used ground pork since beef is quite expensive from where I live. Before quarantine happened, me and my friends love samgyupsal buffet and we often eat these with other Korean dishes. The dish is quite long to prepare since every ingredient has a different way of cooking. Nonetheless, I enjoyed making this and really feels like I am in a Korean restaurant.
