First time making 호떡!!!

Hi Maangchi!

Inspired by my success with red bean porridge, I decided to try another recipe I thought my family would like! I dont know why, but I have a fear of working with any form of dough or pastry! But I have been wanting to make this for so long si I just did it! And it turned out fantastic! If course the family loved it! It reminded manyof us of the “fried dough with cinnamon sugar that we would get at the fair or amusement park!

As always, thank you for sharing your recipes and stories with us! I am loving making Korean food and sharing it with friends and family!

    yes, it looks fantastic! Not greasy, fluffy fluffy, and delicious nuts and brown sugar filling. That’s my favorite style hotteok! I’m so motivated to make hotteok by your photo! : )
