I made this Japchae using recipe from Maangchi. Glass noodle is called Soohoon in Malaysia. I don’t have button mushroom in my kitchen so I replace them with oyster mushroom. It is a very easy, simple and quick recipe to do. I love it :)

    yeah, lotsa vegies because I’m trying to lose weight..thanks for your great recipe! it is delicious and satisfying. I would cook them all over again :)
