I love kimchi and rice I eat it for 2-3 weeks once I make it and I can’t keep it in my house cause my family and friends take it home and I need a kimchi day and have my friends and family help make huge quantity so they have some and I have some just like they do in Korea… I think that would make the process so easy…
Which to get? my first book has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes. Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking.
