Starting them young!

My 9 year old had a BLAST following your Napa cabbage kimchi recipe today! We left out the salty shrimp and minari and followed the book rather than the YouTube (I did the full recipe last time – decided to keep it easier for her), but still – it looks like absolutely delicious kimchi! We are SO excited to eat this in a couple of days!
Thank you again for inspiring me *and* my children to learn traditional Korean cooking!
