Kimchi made from India!

I have been wanting to taste and cook Korean food, but have not been able to do so due to lack of ingredients. So, I took baby steps and tried making a small batch of Kimchi, with a head of cabbage, salt, pinch of sugar, some grated onion, and home – made red chili, ginger and garlic paste (instead of Korean red pepper paste). I did not add any extra veggies as this is my first time trying to make Kimchi. This is my take on white kimchi. Hope it tastes as good as it looks.
