I wasn’t sure if i was going to like this before making it , since i am not a big fan of radish . But i thought .. i am just going to try making this , it looks pretty delicious and easy to make . Beside i thought if i didn’t like this , i could always give it to my Korean friend who lives nearby . Well .. so much for giving it to her .. since i took a bite of the radish kimchi and i loved it !! I still gave her some .. not too much though LOL .. My korean friend said ” hmmmm …. good ” as she chewed kkakdugi !!

    Your kkakdugi photo looks amazing! It looks super crispy and delicious! “My korean friend said ” hmmmm …. good ” It’s good to have a Korean friend to taste your Korean dishes! : )
