Last time I cooked kkongchijorim, my korean boyfriend loved it a lot. Now my boyfriend has become my fiance, and I’m trying a upgraded version of the jorim. I replaced green onion with coriander, and I added soju to the paste. Before finishing, I spread on some bean sprouts and had them steamed by the heat within the pot quickly. The dish turns out amazing!
It looks very yummy! All you need is some rice! : )
