First Korean BBQ of the year (#latergram)

Hi Maangchi!

I made this soon after I received your cookbook! I really wanted to try Lotus Root side dish because my Korean Instagram friends post many pictures of it and say it is delicious! But I also needed some other food to go with it. So I made a Korean BBQ! Along with Lotus Root side dish, I had Samgyeopsal w/all the fixins’, Kongnamulguk, Kimchi, rice and Makgeolli (store bought).

As always, thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes with us! I love making and sharing your Korean food!

    Thank you for your nice compliment! And yes…i used your cookbook for the lotus root recipe! ^__^ Haha! I like makgeolli! I will make it soon using your recipe from your cookbook!

    What a feast! Everything looks good and perfect! The braised lotus roots were made from my cookbook? I see the makgeolli, too!
