Yukgaejang and Japgokbap

Spicy beef and vegetable soup with mixed rice (white and black). This turned out to be very delicious and not too spicy. We put the brisket in the crockpot overnight (with 11 cups water, half an onion, and some garlic) and it is so tender! Finished the soup by prepping the vegetables and spicy sauce.
