I made it a few days ago and I’m missing the taste of mandu desperately now.I love the crispy texture of mandu skin and the juicy filling.I will definitely make another batch on next time.
Since I can’t found mandu skin,I made the skin by myself so it’s a bit thicker but the taste was still daebak :D
Which to get? my first book has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes. Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking.
