
Mondu Soondubu! I fell in love with Soondubu when I lived in Toronto, but, sadly, the Soondubu elsewhere did not taste the same, and my attempts at making it myself were missing something. Maangchi to the rescue! This recipe is as good as the one from Buk Chang Dong.
I like to add mondu to mine.
