This is the gimbap I made using Maagchi recipe with little glimpse.. I couldn’t find danmuji here in my area so I did not use it. And because I have no spinach when I crave this one, I used cucumber instead, and use chicken instead of beef. The result is very satisfying, everybody loves it, even my 18 months old niece! :) Thank you Maangchi for sharing this recipe :)

    Congratulations on making beautiful and colorful gimbap!
    You used crispy cucumber instead of yellow pickled radish and use more yellow egg strips, and replaced the beef with chicken. You are such a smart cook!
