Homemade japchae (잡채)

Isn’t it so typical that with a delicious dish like this it often takes you five times longer cooking and preparing it than sitting down and eating it!? In saying that, it was definitely worth the effort though. I’ve tasted plenty of different food, but japchae is no question up there on the list of one of the things you have to try before you die. What I love about this dish is the explosion of colour and the variety of textures, especially from that sweet potato glass noodles that I dream about everytime. I will guarantee that you won’t be disappointed once you’ve tried this dish!
