I never thought I’d enjoy this dish. I guess because it looks so dark I assumed it would taste really strong and salty. But OMG how wrong was I?!! Following Maangchi’s awesome instructions, this turned out so delicious, flavourful and satisfying!!

I loved the crispy pieces of pork belly, the delicious potato chunks and yummy springy noodles!! In the Korean supermarket I searched and searched for a tiny container of black bean paste because I didn’t think I’d try this recipe more than once, now I wish I bought a bigger tub!! Absolutely delicious!!
