My friend wanted to make kimchi, so we took an afternoon to go to the Korean grocery store and buy everything to make it! We filled about three pickle jars full of kimchi! When we tasted the end product, she commented that it was “SOOOOO good!” Thanks Maangchi for the amazing recipe! I made her a fan of your cooking..and website!
