    You can leave it a really long time. I have mine since march 12th. It’s been 5 months already and it’s still really good. I think i heard that when you put it in the fridge it slows a lot the fermentation process so it can be good for months.

    Just to ask u if I do this kimchi after done I can keep inside the fridge for how long?
