Napa Cabbage Kimchi




I just made this yesterday! I didn’t have raddish, so I minced in one apple as suggested by my mom. I also added in more ginger and cut up the cabbage leaves before mixing it with the kimchi mix and putting it in the container. I can’t wait to try it tomorrow. Hope it comes out good.
