I was craving some proper korean fried chicken but it is almost impossible to cook that for just one person – so I had to improvise! Cut some chicken breast into bite-size pieces and made ‘healthy’ Korean fried chicken by using the exact same method Maangchi used in the video, just with the chicken breast nuggets. Had this with rice and sigeumchi namul, a spinach side dish. Yummy!
